Supply Chain Analyst III

About the role

Join TE as a Supply Chain Analyst III and work with a diverse team to enhance supply chain efficiency and reliability. You will act as the primary liaison between TE and its suppliers, ensuring smooth operations, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Review, establish and monitor KPI’s for assigned suppliers on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, publishing results and driving action plans.
• Provide input to the monthly S&OP cycle on supplier capacity, bottlenecks and tool requirements, and ensure feedback loops to suppliers.
• Communicate supply issues and business opportunities, escalating capacity constraints to TE Capacity and Transfer teams.
• Track and report status of supplier performance, supporting transfer decisions and triggering actions when bottlenecks arise.
• Monitor TE ordering impact on suppliers and enforce compliance with Standard Work Instructions and planning parameters.
• Draft supplier logistics contracts, review master data integrity in SAP, and maintain part classification (ABC/XYZ).
• Support VMI program implementation with key molding and stamping suppliers and ensure compliance with stock holding agreements.
• Participate in quarterly supplier score‑card reviews and lead improvement initiatives.
• Manage ad‑hoc projects aimed at supply chain enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in planning, procurement or operations, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of critical manufacturing processes.
