Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

TE Connectivity is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support production planning and new‑product introductions. The role works across multiple functions to ensure projects move smoothly from design to serial production while maintaining efficient supply‑chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Production and Quality to confirm production readiness for new projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with project milestones, customer requirements and available capacity.
• Monitor capacity constraints, demand, BOM requirements, supplier lead times, MOQ and inventory levels, and flag risks that could affect timelines.
• Work with the raw‑material planning team to secure material availability according to project schedules.
• Track planning performance, initiate corrective actions for deviations, and ensure accurate data in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Lead the hand‑over from project phase to serial production, providing clear visibility on readiness.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimise inventory, production flow, transportation and overall supply‑chain efficiency.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives related to material flow and new‑project launches.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in a similar supply‑chain or production‑planning role.
• Experience in the automotive sector and New Product Introduction (NPI) is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP S/4 HANA for planning data management.
