Supply Chain Associate – Rabat

About the role

The Supply Chain Associate will work under the supervision of the Grant Officer and the National Supply Chain Officer, collaborating closely with CO Programme Managers. The role focuses on delivering quality goods and services to beneficiaries at optimal price and in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with coordination and monitoring of all supply chain management tasks, including planning, budgeting, scheduling and provision of goods and services.
• Prepare regular progress reports, statistical information and briefing notes as required.
• Review procurement requests, identify service providers, evaluate vendor performance on quality, price and delivery, and maintain a pool of qualified vendors.
• Solicit bids, oversee the bidding process, analyze offers, conduct appraisals, select suppliers, prepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with the delegation of authority matrix.
• Liaise with programme management to prepare and issue call for proposals and tender documents, ensuring transparent and fair procurement processes.
• Support the establishment and implementation of internal control mechanisms to safeguard assets and prevent fraud, adhering to organisational and country‑specific procedures.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Procurement or a related field with at least two years of relevant professional experience, OR a university degree in the same fields with at least four years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work under the supervision of senior supply‑chain officers and collaborate closely with programme managers.
