Supply Chain Lead

About the role

Leads an operational team and is accountable for the operational and financial performance of the assigned business perimeter. Ensures service quality, process compliance, team development, and continuous performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and supervise business strategies aligned with company goals.
• Integrate digital and artificial intelligence into the daily business.
• Manage daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the business unit.
• Manage the supply chain Order Control target achievement regarding revenue growth and profitability.
• Oversee team performance, provide coaching, and support development.
• Implement quality standards and process improvements.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to optimize performance.
• Monitor key business metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Act as an interface with the client or internally in the event of middle difficulty.
• Interact with business referents for scoring and service provider performance.
• Ensure follow‑up with the purchasing department.
• Conduct team evaluations and create action plans.
• Participate in interview panels with job referents.
• Participate in budget preparation and budget monitoring.
