Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain & Logistics Manager will oversee the end‑to‑end flow of materials across factories, from receipt and warehousing through cutting, finished‑goods handling and shipment. The role ensures material availability, inventory accuracy and timely logistics to support uninterrupted production and on‑time deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise raw material, accessories and finished‑goods warehouses, maintaining accurate records, traceability and optimal layout.
• Manage cutting operations—including marker making, plotting and strap preparation—to maximise fabric utilisation and meet production priorities.
• Oversee import/export activities, coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders, and ensure compliance with Moroccan customs regulations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Merchandising and PMC to guarantee material readiness before production starts and prevent shortages.
• Maintain ERP data integrity for receipts, stock movements, cutting transactions and finished‑goods dispatches.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team, setting daily priorities, performance targets and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing logistics or supply‑chain operations, with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in textile or garment manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Moroccan customs and import/export procedures.
• Fluent French and professional English.
