Supply Chain Manager – HVAC Plant

About the role

We are launching a greenfield HVAC manufacturing plant in Tangier and need an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the end‑to‑end supply chain function. You will be responsible for building the supply chain organization, ensuring seamless material flow, and meeting customer and internal performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the supply chain strategy, policies and procedures to drive operational excellence and financial performance.
• Oversee planning, sourcing, procurement, production and delivery processes, aligning them with current and future demand.
• Optimize logistics, inventory and material flow to ensure cost‑effective, on‑time delivery while meeting quality and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage the annual supply chain budget (OPEX & CAPEX), including forecasting and project oversight.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement across the department.
• Manage supplier and logistics partner performance, negotiating improvements and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, EHS, QMS, import/export and customs requirements and readiness for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain operations within the automotive or related manufacturing sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and build high‑performing teams.
• Experience working with major OEMs such as Stellantis is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and planning skills with a focus on meeting customer requirements and zero‑disruption targets.

Required skills

• Knowledge of EHS, QMS, import/export and customs regulations.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning, sourcing, procurement and logistics management.
