Supply Chain Manager

About the role

TE Connectivity is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain activities across manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. You will drive transformation, ensure quality and safety standards, and support customer satisfaction through strategic planning and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the organization’s supply chain strategy.
• Lead organizational transformation toward end‑to‑end supply chain ownership.
• Establish differentiated planning roles (SC Planner, Materials Planning, Suppliers Planning) and train staff.
• Introduce and manage a supply chain KPI dashboard and performance metrics.
• Drive optimization projects, analyze customer order patterns, and configure the supply chain accordingly.
• Manage warehousing activities in collaboration with the Global Logistics team.
• Optimize plant and finished‑goods inventory to meet corporate targets.
• Monitor supplier capacities, identify shortages, and proactively escalate issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (EHS) requirements.

Required profile

• University degree (Management Engineering preferred) or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management, optimization, and planning, preferably in an automotive or industrial environment.
• Proven track record of organizational transformation, team leadership, and performance improvement.
• Experience with supply chain planning systems and ERP solutions such as SAP.
