Supply Chain PTM – Wipers Activity

About the role

Valeo is seeking a Supply Chain PTM to support the Wipers activity. You will manage supply‑chain tasks for new product launches, coordinate logistics solutions and ensure alignment with plant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supply‑chain activities for new product launches (P1/P10) and meet project milestones.
• Participate in customer RFQs, define supply‑chain costs and logistics solutions.
• Lead logistics FMEA to identify and mitigate supply‑chain risks.
• Define and validate supplier logistics protocols and requirement files (S‑VRF).
• Coordinate design and qualification of packaging for raw materials, WIP and finished goods.
• Plan transportation and warehousing concepts for regional assessments.
• Align internal plant flows and equipment with overall supply‑chain strategy.
• Manage supply‑chain master data and information‑system setup.
• Conduct weekly progress reviews, use standardized checklists and escalate risks.
• Forecast project volumes over a 24‑month horizon with SIOP/MPS teams.
• Act as interface between project team and plant production/material control.
• Support daily ramp‑up meetings (SOP) and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (ISO 14001, TS16949, V5000, etc.).
• Monitor KPIs to minimise inventory obsolescence during new product introduction.
• Validate order quantities and maintain accurate inventory levels in the ERP system.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or Bac+5 in supply‑chain management.
• Minimum 2 years of supply‑chain experience in the automotive industry.
• Good level of English communication.
