Supply Chain Support IV

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Support IV to join our team and ensure a seamless flow of materials across production. The role collaborates with production, procurement, quality and engineering teams to meet customer delivery expectations while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and issue detailed material schedules and master schedules to meet shipping dates.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Engineering and other teams to expedite production and resolve material shortages.
• Review and optimize master data and parameter settings in SAP across the supply chain.
• Schedule supply of materials/components to satisfy production requirements and safety stock levels.
• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from suppliers to the point of fit.
• Manage day‑to‑day order handling, deliveries and follow‑up actions on shortages.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels, minimize obsolete stock and drive supply‑chain performance improvements.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards while working in a team environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of supply‑chain improvement initiatives.
• Experience with supply‑chain planning and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience in the automotive sector within a global organization is an advantage.
