Supply Chain Support IV – Material Planning & Purchasing

At TE you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. The role supports and optimizes the supply chain, coordinating all aspects of material planning, scheduling and inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Plan material, schedule production and control inventory using SAP PP & MM.
• Collaborate with Plant Supply Chain and production teams across the EMIA region to resolve component availability and purchasing issues.
• Plan NPI project production in line with customer demand and validation requirements.
• Create and manage purchase orders, maintain alignment with suppliers, and onboard new suppliers.
• Maintain material master data in SAP (MRP Views) and adjust production BOMs as needed.
• Analyze supply chain blockages and develop mapping for new projects.
• Advise Customer Service on finished‑product availability dates and highlight BOM/Routing errors.
• Coordinate reworks with QA when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in production planning and purchasing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑organized, structured and proactive.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
