Supply Planner – SIOP

About the role

Join Eaton’s EMEA Business Service Center as a Supply Planner, responsible for the 3‑to‑24‑month constrained supply plan within the SIOP process. You will translate demand consensus into feasible supply responses, integrating capacity, materials, labor, tooling, and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Own the rolling 3‑to‑24‑month constrained supply plan and provide supply‑side inputs to the monthly SIOP cycle.
• Lead the Supply Review, consolidating constraints across manufacturing, procurement, logistics and the network, and escalating unresolved gaps with options.
• Perform rough‑cut capacity planning, develop base, upside, downside and what‑if scenarios, and quantify service, revenue, inventory, cost and cash trade‑offs.
• Identify early supply, capacity and lead‑time risks and drive mitigation actions such as capital, staffing, sourcing and make‑versus‑buy decisions.
• Partner with Demand Planning, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Logistics and Commercial teams to align the supply plan with the Annual Operating Plan and portfolio priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive supply chain planning experience in a manufacturing or multi‑site environment; 7 + years of relevant planning experience.
• Demonstrated experience in SIOP/S&OP/IBP, capacity planning and cross‑functional decision support.
• Experience operating across multiple countries or manufacturing networks.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and data‑modeling capability.
• Power BI or comparable visualization tools.
• ERP and advanced planning systems such as SAP and Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Understanding of rough‑cut capacity planning, constrained supply planning and inventory strategy.
