Sustainable Purchaser Support – Procurement & CSR

About the role

The Sustainable Purchaser Support role ensures that supplier sustainability assessments, CSR initiatives, and responsible purchasing processes are executed efficiently. You will act as a bridge between procurement teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain high standards of sustainability compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage EcoVadis assessment campaigns, process notifications, and ensure timely completion of supplier sustainability evaluations.
• Handle the shared CSR mailbox, review and approve Responsible Purchasing Guidelines, and manage supplier deadline extensions.
• Validate and update supplier information, identify data gaps, and ensure accuracy and traceability in supplier databases.
• Support internal and external stakeholders on CSR‑related inquiries and approve or reject compliance documents within internal systems.
• Maintain tracking files and reporting tools to provide up‑to‑date supplier data for procurement teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Procurement, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement support, supplier management, sustainability or CSR activities.
• French (minimum B2) and English (B2‑C1) language proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with digital platforms and supplier management systems, including the EcoVadis platform.
• Strong administrative and document‑management capabilities.
• Knowledge of procurement, supply‑chain, sustainability and CSR processes.
