Systems Supervisor

About the role

The Systems Supervisor will ensure the reliable operation of software, hardware and telecommunications services for Marriott International in Rabat. This position blends technical troubleshooting, user training, and coordination of IT resources to support business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer software, systems and peripheral equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to address business problems.
• Analyze processes, recommend improvements and implement them.
• Enter commands, activate controls and manage client/server environments.
• Support, modify, and maintain application programs and user accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of daily communications, problems and remedial actions.
• Train users on proper hardware and software usage.
• Plan, design, operate and allocate resources for telecommunications activities.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling and employee coaching.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Technical or vocational diploma from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• No prior supervision experience required.
• No specific permits or certifications required.
