TA Access Strategy Manager

About the role

The Access Strategy Manager for Morocco supports the Market Access department in unlocking patient access beyond the pill and overcoming reimbursement barriers. Reporting to the Patient Access Head, the role integrates healthcare system strengthening into broader access strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pricing analyses, oversee Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), and manage access contracts.
• Act as the primary liaison with health authorities and key decision‑makers to secure optimal market access for new product launches and maintain access for the existing portfolio.
• Design and deliver pharmacoeconomic dossiers that demonstrate clinical and economic value to support reimbursement discussions.
• Collaborate with global and cluster teams to plan and execute market access strategies aligned with medical, regulatory and marketing functions.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and competitive dynamics to adapt strategies.
• Own Patient Access Programs (POP), including design, planning, execution, compliance monitoring and coordination with POP Champion and Pharmacovigilance Responsible.
• Implement Patient Assistance Programs (PAP) and Early Access Programs (EAP) to provide patients with needed treatments.
• Define and implement pricing and reimbursement strategies and lead related negotiations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in market access, pricing analysis, and health economics within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan health authority processes and reimbursement frameworks.
• Ability to develop pharmacoeconomic dossiers and manage patient access initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with health authorities and internal cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of compliance requirements and audit support for access programs.
