TA Access Strategy Manager

About the role

The TA Access Strategy Manager drives commercial growth by identifying and prioritising Value & Access (V&A) opportunities across priority brands and the portfolio. The role leads the development and deployment of access, pricing and reimbursement strategies, leveraging deep healthcare‑system and customer insights to ensure sustainable market access.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement national access, pricing and reimbursement strategies for products and the overall portfolio.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritise V&A strategic choices that support commercial growth and align with product lifecycle stages.
• Translate global access guidance into locally relevant strategies and embed them within integrated brand plans.
• Deliver healthcare‑system, payer and customer insights to shape V&A and therapeutic‑area strategies.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Finance and Strategic Account teams, influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Build and maintain relationships with external decision‑makers, representing the company in access‑related discussions and negotiations.

Required profile

• University degree in life sciences, economics or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in market access, pricing or reimbursement within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
• Proven experience in national payer negotiations and product launch or lifecycle management.
