Tactical Planning Manager

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is looking for a Tactical Planning Manager to lead demand planning and operational coordination for vehicle flow across the MEA region. You will work closely with logistics providers, purchasing, and internal stakeholders to ensure mid‑term production plans are executed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead demand planning and operational coordination to meet regional targets.
• Prepare and monitor the mid‑term (M+4) logistics tactical plan in collaboration with service providers.
• Review and align logistics plans with purchasing and other stakeholders.
• Continuously improve the mid‑term logistics plan with cross‑functional teams.
• Produce monthly logistics reports and centralize data for analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in industrial engineering or logistics.
• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics, demand planning, or related fields.
• Strong interest in the automotive industry.
• Fluent English (B2 level); French is a plus.
