We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve the recruitment strategy of a fast‑growing organization. This senior position will shape how the company attracts, selects, and retains top talent across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of recruiters to ensure high‑quality hiring outcomes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce planning needs and provide strategic guidance.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top‑tier candidates.
• Optimize recruitment processes, tools and metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures and local regulations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including proven team‑management experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire high‑performing teams.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment in complex, fast‑paced environments.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on operational execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
