Talent Acquisition Partner – EMEA

About the role

Versigent is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for the EMEA region, based in Tangier, Morocco. You will join the corporate Talent Acquisition team, supporting salaried recruitment across Morocco and other EMEA countries. The role offers end‑to‑end exposure to sourcing, interviewing, employer branding and diversity initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate phone, virtual and in‑person interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Maintain recruitment activity in Workday, updating candidate status and documentation.
• Screen and qualify resumes against position requirements and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
• Create and manage job postings in partnership with internal stakeholders and employ creative talent‑attraction methods.
• Develop passive sourcing strategies and build talent pools for current and upcoming requisitions.
• Organise and track local events such as diversity, university and recruitment initiatives.
• Gather market intelligence and support employer‑branding projects with HR teams.
• Assist with local TA digital marketing and communication efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment within a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to navigate and manage an applicant tracking system.
• Strong research skills with a focus on simplifying complex information.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to ethical and accurate processes.

• Workday (ATS) proficiency.
