Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will join the HR team of an international industrial organization in Kénitra, Morocco. The role focuses on attracting and securing professional, technical and management‑level talent to meet the company’s hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own recruitment assignments from requirement definition to successful hire.
• Partner with managers to understand workforce needs, competencies and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for professional, technical and managerial positions.
• Identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn, professional networks, databases and other channels.
• Conduct direct searches for niche and challenging roles.
• Screen applications, conduct first‑stage interviews and present qualified candidates to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate interview stages, support compensation discussions, prepare offers and close candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and relationships with universities, engineering schools and professional communities.
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners when needed and maintain accurate hiring data and reporting.
• Ensure confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing or multinational environment.
• Experience recruiting professional, technical and management‑level profiles.
• Strong sourcing, direct‑search and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the Moroccan employment environment is an advantage.
