Team Lead, Technical Project Management

About the role

The Team Lead, AI Onboarding Factory drives end‑to‑end delivery of AI onboarding initiatives across Forterro products, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing onboarding delivery team, managing performance, capacity planning and talent development.
• Plan, organize, coordinate and control AI onboarding activities, establishing governance, managing risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support and AI Specialists to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
• Standardize onboarding processes, monitor KPIs and report progress to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Proven experience in project/program/service delivery within software, SaaS, ERP or technology environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage customer onboarding or digital transformation initiatives.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance and risk management.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled business solutions, SaaS platforms and ERP implementations.
