Team Leader – Customer Service

About the role

The Team Leader – Customer Service will manage and supervise the Customer Service unit in Casablanca, ensuring service delivery meets defined objectives and KPIs. This role coordinates daily operations between customers, LEONI production facilities, and logistics partners while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service team, define objectives, monitor performance and ensure compliance with standards and governance.
• Plan and oversee daily activities, covering all stages of service requests and inventory accuracy.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and implement measures to enhance service delivery.
• Manage emergency actions for missing finished goods and address non‑compliance by external logistics providers.
• Create yearly budget plans for structure and logistics costs and implement actions to meet cost targets.
• Supervise customer service activities for selected customers, including cycle counting and yearly stock‑take processes.

Required profile

• Engineering degree specializing in Industrial Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain or a similar domain.
• Fluent French (spoken and written) and English (spoken and written).
