Team Leader Maintenance – Production Facility

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Team Leader to manage the Maintenance organization for its production facility in Casablanca. The role is responsible for ensuring reliable operation of production and facility equipment, driving continuous improvement and leading a team of maintenance professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance unit, set objectives, monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with standards and governance.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive and unplanned maintenance for production equipment, tools and facility systems.
• Oversee installation, relocation and re‑qualification of equipment and tools.
• Manage maintenance of utilities such as cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam and lighting, either internally or through external suppliers.
• Ensure proper upkeep of firefighting, fire‑prevention and security‑camera systems.
• Implement LTPM processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in plant maintenance leadership.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
