Team Leader – Production Operations

About the role

The Team Leader will report directly to the Production Supervisor and will be responsible for overseeing a production team at Adient’s Kenitra facility. The role focuses on maintaining quality, safety, and production targets while developing the capabilities of the operatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate 50 production operatives, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor production output, efficiency metrics, and quality indicators on a daily basis.
• Conduct shift handovers, meetings and briefings, and escalate issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Train, mentor and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain production documentation, reports, attendance records and manage basic disciplinary processes.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma (Bac+2) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of production operations experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capability.
• Knowledge of automotive safety standards.
• Flexibility for shift work and on‑call availability.
