About the role

As a Tech Lead Full Stack at HCLTech, you will drive technical excellence across development teams, defining architectures and ensuring best‑practice software delivery. You will collaborate with cloud and data specialists to build scalable, high‑performance digital platforms that support the company’s global technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and validate full‑stack technical architectures aligned with organizational standards and client needs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, fostering skill growth and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high‑quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Manage technical impacts of project evolution, focusing on scalability and performance optimization.
• Coordinate with Cloud and Data teams to integrate and optimise solutions.
• Oversee implementation of new features, ensuring timely delivery and seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support ongoing maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of full‑stack development experience with proven technical leadership.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication abilities.

Required skills

• JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, Java.
• Modern cloud technologies and data integration concepts.
• Experience defining technical architectures and implementing scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with code review tools and development best practices.
