Technical Account Coordinator

About the role

Based in Casablanca, the Technical Account Coordinator joins Nuitée’s Global Chains team to ensure that hotels from major chains stay connected, priced, and bookable on our platform. You will act as the first line of defense, spotting and resolving technical issues before they impact bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor feed performance and proactively catch issues that could affect bookings.
• Investigate why a hotel is not showing correctly, examining mapping, rates, and connectivity, and drive fixes.
• Resolve rate discrepancies or violations flagged by hotel chains.
• Support onboarding of new hotels, ensuring correct initial setup.
• Collaborate with Mapping, Cloud, Operations, and Data teams to resolve technical problems quickly.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional eager to learn and take ownership.
• Comfortable reading logs and troubleshooting system connectivity.
• Quick learner who enjoys understanding why something broke, not just fixing it.
• Background in hospitality, tourism or travel is a plus.

Required skills

• Ability to read logs and diagnose connectivity issues.
• Understanding of feed mapping, rate configuration, and data monitoring.
