About the role
Oracle Health is seeking a motivated Technical Analyst – Support to join its International Support team in Agadir. This entry‑level position offers recent graduates the chance to develop troubleshooting and client‑facing skills in a fast‑paced healthcare IT environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical expertise to clients, handling incident resolution and application maintenance.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues in both front‑end and back‑end applications.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders, documenting notes, activities, and resolutions.
- Prioritize work based on severity and urgency, travel up to 20%, and participate in on‑call rotations.
- Work onsite from the Agadir office five days a week.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Fluent English communication skills.
