About the role
Oracle Health is seeking a Technical Analyst – Support to join its International Support team in Agadir. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who want to start a career in IT within the healthcare sector, providing functional and technical assistance to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical expertise to clients, handling incident resolution and application maintenance.
- Conduct troubleshooting investigations on front‑ and back‑end applications.
- Communicate findings and resolutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Document notes, activities, resolutions and create knowledge articles throughout investigations.
- Prioritise work based on severity and urgency, travel up to 20% and participate in on‑call rotation.
- Work onsite at the Agadir office five days a week.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English communication skills.
