Technical Infrastructure Specialist – Cloud & Networking

About the role

As a Technical Infrastructure Specialist focusing on Cloud Computing and Networking, you will design, implement and manage secure, scalable infrastructure solutions for HCLTech’s clients in Morocco. The role contributes directly to digital transformation projects, working alongside global teams to deliver high‑impact technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, ensuring performance, security and scalability.
• Oversee enterprise networking architecture, including configuration, integration and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align infrastructure strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and networking issues to maintain high availability.
• Implement best practices for cloud migration, disaster recovery and data protection.
• Conduct audits and assessments to identify cost‑optimization and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of configurations, changes and procedures.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Stay current with emerging cloud, networking and automation technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in technical infrastructure management with a focus on cloud and networking.
• Proven expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise networking solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, virtualization, networking protocols and security frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency with infrastructure automation tools and scripting languages.
