Technical Leader GenAI & GenBI Platforms

About the role

Orange Business is looking for a Technical Leader to drive the design, deployment and operation of large‑scale Generative AI (GenAI) and Business Intelligence (GenBI) platforms. You will work in a global, agile environment, collaborating with data, AI and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, implementation and ongoing operation of GenAI platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability and security.
• Partner with Data, AI and infrastructure teams to integrate best‑in‑class technologies and practices.
• Guide engineering teams through project execution, technical development and delivery.
• Maintain continuous technology watch to anticipate trends and address responsible‑AI challenges.
• Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap for GenAI platforms.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of professional experience in cloud platform architecture and AI/ML.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong communication, leadership and ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working in a SAFe or similar agile framework.

• AWS, Azure, GCP cloud platforms
• Artificial intelligence and machine learning, including generative AI
• DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
• Kubernetes and Docker container orchestration
• Platform security and data management
