Technical Leader, GenAI & GenBI Platforms

About the role

Orange Business, a network and digital integrator, is looking for a Technical Leader for its GenAI and GenBI platforms. The role leads the design, deployment and operation of GenAI platforms at scale, working with Data, AI and infrastructure teams and contributing to the technical strategy and roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment and operation of GenAI platforms, ensuring performance, scalability and security
• Collaborate with Data, AI and infrastructure teams to integrate the best technologies and practices
• Oversee technical developments and guide engineering teams in project execution
• Keep a close watch on technology trends and address the challenges of responsible AI
• Contribute to defining the technical strategy and roadmap for GenAI platforms

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience
• Master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
• Excellent communication skills, able to bring together and motivate multidisciplinary teams
• Rigor, agility and adaptability, especially in a SAFe environment
• Natural leadership, with initiative and curiosity

• Cloud platform architecture and deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Artificial intelligence and machine learning, including generative AI
• DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
• Container management and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Platform security and data management
