Technical Operations Lead

About the role

Deliverect is looking for a Technical Operations Lead to anchor its fast‑growing Casablanca hub. Reporting to the CFO, you will combine hands‑on technical expertise with operational leadership to drive AI‑powered automation across billing and finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale the BillingOps processes, ensuring accurate, timely billing across growing transaction volumes.
• Design, test and deploy AI agents and automation tools (e.g., internal AI platform, n8n, Zapier) to eliminate manual bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with global RevOps, Finance, IT and Engineering teams, supporting organisational changes and Deal Desk workflows.
• Set up operational KPIs, produce regular reporting for Finance and RevOps, and drive continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations, revenue operations or technical operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical background: comfortable working with APIs, automation tools, AI agents and ERP systems.
• Proven experience architecting internal systems and coding, with a hands‑on leadership style.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team and drive operational rigor in billing flows and data reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal English; French is a plus.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Casablanca, Morocco.
