Technical PreSales – Cybersecurity Consultant

About the role

As a Presales Consultant – Cybersecurity at Ingram Micro, you will work closely with sales teams, vendors and customers across Morocco to design secure, scalable solutions that address evolving cyber threats and business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales to identify customer requirements and develop cybersecurity solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, demos and proof‑of‑concept engagements showcasing security technologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers and channel partners navigate security challenges and adopt best‑fit solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal technical teams to support solution design, implementation planning and successful project outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience in cybersecurity, presales, systems engineering or technical consulting.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.

Required skills

• Knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, identity and access management, and security operations.
• Hands‑on experience solving complex technical challenges independently.
• Relevant cybersecurity or vendor certifications are valued.
