Technical Presales Engineer (Technical Sales Consultant)

About the role

The Technical Consultant role is a sales‑engineering position focused on designing and presenting solutions in Connectivity, Unified Communications, SD‑WAN and Cyber Security for TELUS business clients in Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Leveraging expertise in solution areas such as Connectivity, Unified Communications, SD‑WAN and Cyber Security to design and present technical solutions.
• Collaborating with internal TELUS stakeholders—including sales professionals, operations and delivery teams—throughout the solution development lifecycle.
• Managing end‑to‑end solution development and handling day‑to‑day customer requests such as Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs).

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical sales or presales role with a customer‑first mindset.
• Strong decision‑making ability, independent work style and comfort in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) and excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Connectivity solutions (Business Internet, High‑Speed Internet Access, GPON).
• Unified Communications (Business Connect, Microsoft Teams, O365 bundles).
• Software‑Defined WAN (TMNE Bundle, GoCo SD‑WAN).
• Cyber‑Security technologies (Managed Detection Response, Pentesting, Email Protection, Managed Awareness).
• Industry certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft or AWS.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
