Technical Specialist – Italian Speaking (L3 Support)

About the role

The Technical Specialist is a subject‑matter expert responsible for designing, deploying, optimizing and providing advanced support for technical systems. The role ensures platform availability, performance, security and compliance while contributing to technology transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 (L3) support and lead resolution of complex, high‑impact incidents.
• Conduct in‑depth incident analysis (Root Cause Analysis) and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Implement sustainable technical solutions to improve system stability, reliability and performance.
• Create, maintain and continuously improve the Knowledge Base, including procedures, runbooks and technical documentation.
• Participate in training and technical onboarding of new joiners.
• Identify and implement automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and operational risks.
• Contribute to the enhancement of operational processes and ensure compliance with SLA/SLO commitments.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams during projects or major incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Level 3 technical support and incident management.
• Strong analytical skills for root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving.
• Ability to design and implement automation to streamline operations.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
