Technical Support Analyst – Oracle Hospitality

About the role

Oracle Hospitality is building a new Customer Support Hub in Agadir Bay, Morocco. As a Technical Support Analyst you will provide first‑level assistance for the OPERA suite of hotel management applications, supporting hotels and food‑and‑beverage businesses worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver voice and remote support to hotel customers across the OPERA product suite (PMS, OXI, OWS, S&C, Reporting & Analytics).
• Troubleshoot reservation, check‑in/out, billing and other PMS issues and document resolutions in the ICCP case system.
• Collaborate with internal Oracle teams to escalate complex problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with OPERA configuration, installation and training when required.
• Stay current with new OPERA releases and product updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of IT or hospitality systems support experience.
• Experience with hotel PMS applications, preferably Oracle OPERA.
• Graduate degree in a technical, hospitality or business discipline.
• Understanding of hotel operations (front office, reservations, housekeeping).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent English communication; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to work 24 × 7 shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Oracle OPERA suite.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
• Windows operating system.
• Oracle and VMware environments (desirable).
• SQL (preferred).
