Technical Support Manager – Hospitality

About the role

As a Technical Support Manager for Oracle’s Hospitality division, you will lead a team that delivers post‑sales support and solutions to Oracle customers. You will act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring high satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the yearly client‑relations business plan for the Hospitality segment.
• Define, implement and communicate departmental objectives, service levels and performance metrics.
• Manage and mentor a support team, conducting regular performance appraisals.
• Monitor group performance against quality and productivity guidelines and take corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary spokesperson for customer inquiries and needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing technical support or client‑relations teams.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into actionable service improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of delivering departmental results and meeting service level agreements.
