Technicien Ingénierie & Chiffrage – CAO Gerber/Lectra

About the role

The Engineering & Cost Estimation Technician will support product development by creating implementation layouts, managing bills of materials, and ensuring prototype production meets quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop implementation schematics (layout), bill of materials and related documentation.
• Actively contribute to the preparation of the product dossier.
• Oversee prototype manufacturing to meet predefined quality, cost and deadline objectives.
• Control product quality, identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Identify required resources and tooling to satisfy client quantity and quality requirements.
• Write and keep work instructions up to date.
• Provide technical support to Production, Maintenance and Quality teams.
• Monitor training of production staff and validate their qualifications.

Required profile

• Technical degree (Bac+2) or higher.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Fluent French with basic English knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production management and inventory control.
• Ability to organise work efficiently and collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Lectra CAD software.
• Proficiency with Gerber CAD software.
• Competence in using standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
