Technicien Maintenance – Équipement

About the role

STMicroelectronics is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the Equipment Engineering team within Operations. The role works on a 4‑shift pattern to ensure high Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) through preventive maintenance and rapid technical interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform major technical interventions, including Preventive Maintenance (PM).
• Carry out Detectability Robustness Self‑Prevention (DRS) checks.
• Execute interventions in the shortest possible time.
• Guide junior technicians and operators as needed.
• Complete required documentation and enter data into the IT system.
• Maintain an orderly and clean toolbox and workshop.
• Work safely and adhere to 5S practices.

Required profile

• Diploma (DUT/BTS/Licence) in electronics, mechanics, electromechanics or mechatronics.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of safe‑working procedures and 5S methodology.
• Ability to use mobile devices for work‑related documentation.
• Strong communication skills, responsibility, maturity and goal‑orientation.
• Flexibility, adaptability and decision‑making capability.
• Computer literacy and willingness to work in a team.
