About the role

SEWS CABIND Maroc is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join its team at the Jorf Lasfar site. The role focuses on automotive wiring tasks within cutting or assembly zones, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on automotive wiring systems.
• Operate in cutting (Zone Coupe) or assembly (Assemblage) areas, following strict safety and quality protocols.
• Analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Anticipate potential problems and respond quickly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain rigorous organization and documentation of maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Bac+2 (Technician Specialized, BTS, DUT) or equivalent qualification.
• Mandatory experience in automotive wiring, preferably in cutting or assembly environments.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving abilities.
• High reactivity, anticipation skills, rigor, and strong organizational habits.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing conditions.
