About the role

TripleAgency is hiring qualified artisans and technicians to relocate from Morocco to Germany for a high‑end production and manufacturing environment. Candidates will join a German employer that values practical expertise and offers a long‑term career path.

Key responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on tasks in woodworking, metal construction, electrical installation, electromechanics, mechatronics, refrigeration, plumbing, or industrial mechanics.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment in a technical production setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Participate in on‑site training and integration programs.

Required profile

• Vocational qualification (OFPPT or equivalent) in one of the listed trades.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong manual and technical aptitude with a precise work method.
• Reliability, teamwork spirit and willingness to live and work permanently in Germany.
• German language at level A2/B1 (preferred).
