Techno Functional Analyst – Business Central (Mid/Senior)

About the role

We are seeking a Techno Functional Analyst with strong Business Central ERP expertise to drive integration solutions across multiple business processes. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners, ensuring requirements are captured, documented and delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with B2B partners and internal stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Design end‑to‑end integration solutions, configure Business Central, ERP, CRM and SaaS platforms, and recommend optimal integration approaches.
• Coordinate with development teams, review APIs and system architecture, and support system testing (UAT, SIT).
• Provide pre‑sales technical demos, create solution proposals, and deliver effort estimations.
• Act as liaison between client business teams and internal technical teams, delivering regular progress updates.
• Analyze business data, build dashboards, ensure data migration accuracy, and generate custom reports.
• Deliver post‑implementation support, conduct user training, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of middleware concepts and ability to map business needs to technical architecture.
• Proven experience in a functional/BA role within integration projects.
• Demonstrated skill in gathering and documenting functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Familiarity with EDI, XML, XSLT, WSDL, SOAP and REST APIs from a functional perspective.
