Techno Functional Analyst – Business Central (Mid/Senior)

About the role

We are seeking a Techno Functional Analyst with mid to senior experience to drive Business Central ERP integration projects. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions across finance, supply chain, and sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage B2B partners and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, producing BRDs and FRDs.
• Design and configure Business Central and related ERP/CRM/SaaS platforms, mapping requirements to product capabilities.
• Coordinate with development teams to implement integrations, review APIs, and conduct system testing (UAT, SIT).
• Support pre‑sales activities by delivering technical demos, creating solution proposals, and estimating effort.
• Manage stakeholder communication, provide regular progress updates, and ensure data migration accuracy.
• Deliver post‑implementation support, user training, and continuous system optimization.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of middleware concepts and ability to translate business needs into technical architecture.
• Proven experience in functional/BA roles on integration projects, including EDI, XML, SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments and excellent stakeholder management skills.
