Techno Functional Analyst (Mid/Senior) – AX ERP

About the role

The Techno Functional Analyst will support AX ERP integration solutions across multiple business processes. You will work closely with B2B partners, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner engagement and requirement gathering: conduct workshops, prepare BRDs and FRDs.
• Solution design and configuration: map requirements, design end‑to‑end solutions, configure ERP/CRM/SaaS platforms.
• Technical implementation support: coordinate with developers, review APIs, perform system testing and troubleshoot issues.
• Pre‑sales and solution consulting: support sales with demos, proposals, effort estimates and feasibility analysis.
• Stakeholder management: act as liaison between client business teams and internal technical teams, provide regular progress updates.
• Data and reporting: analyze data, create dashboards, ensure migration accuracy.
• Post‑implementation support: deliver go‑live assistance, user training, performance optimisation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of middleware concepts and ability to bridge business needs with technical architecture.
• Proven experience in functional/BA roles on integration projects, gathering and documenting functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Familiarity with EDI, XML, XSLT, WSDL, SOAP, REST APIs from a functional perspective.
• Experience with process‑mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart and basic SQL querying.
• Ability to work in Agile or hybrid environments and excellent communication skills.
