Techno Functional Analyst Mid/Senior (Business Central)

About the role

We are seeking a Techno Functional Analyst with mid to senior experience to support Business Central ERP integration solutions across multiple business processes. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure integration requirements are well understood, documented, and implemented.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements from B2B partners and internal stakeholders into technical specifications, including BRDs and FRDs.
• Design end‑to‑end technical solutions, configure/customize ERP, CRM and SaaS platforms, and recommend optimal integration processes.
• Coordinate with development teams for enhancements, review APIs and system architecture, and perform system testing (UAT, SIT).
• Support pre‑sales activities with demos, solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and effort estimations.
• Act as liaison between client business teams and internal technical teams, providing regular implementation updates.
• Analyze business data, create dashboards, ensure data migration accuracy, and deliver post‑implementation support and user training.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of middleware concepts and ability to bridge business needs with technical architecture.
• Proven experience in functional/BA roles within integration projects, gathering functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project environments and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• API knowledge and integration experience (REST, SOAP, WSDL).
• Understanding of ERP/CRM/SaaS platforms, particularly Business Central.
• Basic scripting or configuration knowledge.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with EDI, XML, XSLT, and related data formats.
• SQL querying and data flow comprehension.
• Process mapping tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
