Territory Sales Specialist – North Africa (m/f/d)

About the role

DuPont is seeking a Territory Sales Specialist to drive growth of its Personal Protection product portfolio across North Africa. Based in Egypt or Morocco, you will work closely with distributors, end‑users and internal teams to expand market share and develop new applications for industrial PPE.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships across the value chain, including distributors and key end‑user customers.
• Collaborate with customers and internal experts to identify and develop new product applications tailored to local industry needs.
• Analyze North African markets, identify growth opportunities and define strategic priorities.
• Equip channel partners with training, marketing tools and sales strategies to improve market reach.
• Lead client meetings, product presentations and technical discussions to influence specifications.
• Work with marketing, product management and technical teams to execute localized campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights.
• Represent DuPont at trade fairs and seminars to promote the portfolio.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Operate independently while aligning with regional strategic guidance.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in chemical, mechanical or industrial engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% across Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and other North African markets.
• Fluent in French, English and Arabic.
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing or business development within industrial PPE or chemical safety.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑driven, able to negotiate and influence effectively.
