Test Support Planning Pilot

About the role

As a Test Support Planning Pilot you will coordinate and optimise the planning of vehicle testing activities for ALTEN Maroc. You will ensure that each test is scheduled efficiently, aligned with client requirements and project objectives, while maintaining real‑time updates as priorities shift.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed test plans for specific vehicle programmes and continuously monitor progress.
• Adjust schedules in real time to accommodate technical constraints, resource availability and urgent changes.
• Act as the central point of contact between engineering teams, test centres and clients to keep all stakeholders aligned.
• Maintain realistic and flexible planning to meet programme deadlines and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) with a strong interest in automotive testing.
• 5‑10 years of experience in schedule or project management, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Fluent in English and French (B2/C1 level).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate compromises under pressure.
