TMO & Operational Excellence Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a TMO & Operational Excellence Project Manager to lead transformation initiatives across our Business Unit in Morocco. The role sits at the heart of ECCBC’s transformation journey, combining project management, performance improvement, and change management to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Drive ECCBC transformation programs, define initiatives and business cases with stakeholders.
• Lead cross‑functional workstreams, monitor progress, remove roadblocks and report to senior management.
• Own change‑management processes and build transformation capabilities.
• Ensure value capture aligns with targets, support governance cadence and manage project tools.
• Deploy the Operational Excellence strategy, implement performance management systems and continuous‑improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, problem solving).
• Optimize plant performance through KPI tracking, action plans and digital‑driven decision making.
• Build strong relationships with Operations, Finance, HR, IT and leadership teams, and prepare executive communications.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (industrial, mechanical, electrical or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in consulting, operations or finance, preferably in multinational FMCG/CPG environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex transformation projects.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
