Trade Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Trade Marketing Coordinator will execute trade marketing plans and campaigns to drive sales and promote Pernod Ricard’s brands in the Moroccan market. This role works closely with retailers, wholesalers, distributors and internal teams to align promotions, events and budgeting with overall sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer marketing strategies that support brand and commercial goals.
• Manage trade budgets, monitor costs and ensure alignment with approved financial plans.
• Coordinate regional events and promotions, oversee execution and conduct post‑event analysis.
• Maintain POS database, supervise marketing store stock and handle related documentation.
• Leverage sell‑out data to generate business insights, analyze inventory and identify growth opportunities.
• Support new product launches, forecasting and S&OP activities, and monitor A&P investments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, within a multinational or large organization.
• Fluent in Arabic, French and English, based in Casablanca and hold a driver’s license.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights and weekends as needed.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical ability to work with sell‑out data and market intelligence.
