Trade Marketing Manager (Morocco)

About the role

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to lead all trade marketing activities and local brand development for our eyewear business in Morocco. The role will design and execute strategies that drive product demand across independent retailers, top accounts, key accounts and distributors, aligning with corporate and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel‑specific trade marketing strategies for independent clients, top accounts, key accounts and distributors.
• Ensure point‑of‑sale standardisation, brand visibility and presentation quality in stores.
• Create permanent and dedicated spaces in premium store windows and interiors.
• Organise, supervise and coordinate consumer activities and promotions.
• Map the current distribution network, identify alternative opportunities and segment main client clusters.
• Prepare, track and manage the trade marketing budget throughout the year.
• Adapt the international trade marketing plan to local market requirements and monitor its execution.
• Plan and distribute point‑of‑purchase materials, conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Identify best practices from similar categories, propose innovative solutions and develop new vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in trade marketing or channel marketing, preferably within consumer goods or eyewear.
• Strong understanding of brand visibility, retail merchandising and budget management.
• Ability to analyse distribution networks, segment customers and evaluate market opportunities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
