Trading Manager – Grains & Oilseeds (Morocco)

About the role

Join Bunge as a Trading Manager for Grains and Oilseeds in Casablanca, Morocco. You will coordinate trading activities between global teams and local customers, driving growth and profitability in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Drive trading activities in Morocco, delivering volume, margin, and P&L growth.
• Maintain and expand a strong portfolio of millers, feed producers, and distributors.
• Own the trading P&L, ensuring accurate reporting and performance tracking.
• Provide market intelligence to support pricing decisions and regional strategy.
• Ensure end‑to‑end compliant execution of contracts.
• Apply pricing and risk‑management tools such as CBOT and hedging.
• Support logistics planning and trade flows in coordination with local and global teams.
• Operate within Bunge’s risk and compliance frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commodity trading, sales, or business development.
• Deep knowledge of the Moroccan grains and oilseeds market and key customers.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• International perspective to link local opportunities with global trading platforms.

Required skills

• CBOT (Chicago Board of Trade) trading platform.
• Hedging techniques and risk‑management tools.
